El personaje y lo sobrenatural en lo fantástico y géneros cercanos

Abstract

In the following pages, my purpose is to offer a classification of the characters in the fantastic story mainly, based on three relationships: character confronted with the supernatural, supernatural character, marginal character of the fantastic (with their respective subcategories). This part of the idea, which otherwise argument, that the concepts "realistic" and "supernatural" are held in the consciousness of the characters; for this reason, its analysis and classification is necessary. This classification seems important because the study of the character and its characterization shows how its configuration determines the development of the events of the story. In addition, the strategies of composition, within the framework of the fantastic genre, are extremely important because they are what enable the reader to participate in the fable.
